April 18 – Day 1.5 (Rest)

I did great with stretching out my ankle. But the rest of my legs are in soooo much pain. So I’ve signed up to some of Sports’ Village’s fitness classes that were available – all low intensity things like Pure Stretch and Body Balance.

(Pure) Stretch
Lengthen the body, strengthen the core, increase your range of movement and decrease your risk of injury

Body Balance
The Yoga, Tai Chi and Pilates workout builds flexibility and strength, bringing the whole body into harmony.
