April 27 – C25k Day 5

New(ish) week, new route

– run wk2/day2: 31 min (5 mins warm up and cool down – alternate between 90 mins jogging and 2 mins walking; 3.52 km)

I think what’s great about running outside, and what’s made me get to Day 6 without any sign of stopping, is the fact you just step out of your door and you start, and you end back at your doorstep.
