June 7 – C25k Day 20

– run wk2/day4: 31 min (5 mins warm up and cool down – alternate between 90 mins jogging and 2 mins walking; 2.91 km)image1-2.JPG

Seriously, theses allergic reactions are getting worst and worst and I don’t know what to do. I spent almost 3 hours recovering post-run with the most swollen face and sorest throat and runniest nose. It could be pollen instead of just my CU, so I’m going to try and run at the gym on Saturday before deciding whether I should cut back in any ways…Also DR appt. on Monday yay! So hopefully some answers after that as well 🙂
